Eligibility Criteria for Associate Power Systems Engineer 1 Jobs:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
• Experience: 0–2 years in SCADA, DMS, or OMS software applications.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in GIS and geo-spatial processing software for electrical networks.
  • Familiarity with databases and data warehousing.
  • Strong scripting knowledge in Python or JSON.
  • Experience in project execution within the electric utilities industry.
  • Ability to present, demonstrate, and train on product functionalities.
  • Flexibility to travel with short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract GIS data and build distribution network models.
• Integrate CIS data for OMS and tune power systems applications to meet client needs.
• Analyze customer requirements, prepare implementation plans, and develop product documentation (user guides, design descriptions, and release notes).
• Create test plans, execute unit, factory acceptance, and site acceptance tests.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for power system applications.
• Maintain existing systems and perform technical reviews on work products.
