About the Internship:

As an Embedded Systems Intern at Edith Defence Systems, you will:

1. Design, develop, and test embedded systems for flight controllers, electronic speed controllers, and wireless video systems.
2. Develop firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers and other SoC platforms.
3. Implement real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux as needed.
4. Design hardware and firmware for SoC platforms.
5. Develop communication protocols for wireless video transmission and reception.
6. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and performance.
7. Optimize firmware for power efficiency and performance.
8. Document design, development, and testing processes.
9. Stay updated with the latest technologies in embedded systems.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with ARM microcontrollers (e.g., Cortex-M, Cortex-A) and SoC platforms.
• Strong knowledge of embedded firmware development, including real-time systems and embedded Linux.
• Familiarity with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and wireless protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa).
• Expertise in schematic and PCB design tools like KiCAD, Eagle, or similar software.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and IoT platforms.
• Hands-on experience with circuit design and development projects.
