Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy firmware for microcontrollers.
• Manage the entire firmware development process.
• Provide project updates and meet milestones.
• Create and execute firmware testing plans.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Maintain documentation and bug tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years of embedded firmware development experience, ideally in industrial settings.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (CAN, Profinet, IO-Link, Modbus/TCP, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with firmware development tools (Eclipse, Keil, IAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems.
• Hardware design and debugging skills.
• Agile development methodology knowledge.
