• Position: Embedded Firmware Engineer
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement embedded software from requirements to production and deployment.
• Design, develop, code, test, and debug embedded system software.
• Work with OS coding techniques, IP protocols (SPI, I2C, USART, UART), and hardware subsystems.
• Review and optimize code for efficiency, stability, and scalability.
• Integrate and validate new product designs with hardware and firmware.
• Support software QA and optimize I/O performance.
• Provide post-production support for embedded systems.
• Interface with hardware design and development teams.
• Assess and implement third-party and open-source software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electronics & Communication (EC), or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in embedded software development and troubleshooting.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems (RTOS) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer reviews.
  • Strong understanding of schematics, data sheets, and hardware design documentation.
  • Expertise in communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, USART, UART.
  • Hands-on experience with ESP32 microcontrollers and Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC).

Desired Skills:

✅ Embedded C programming
✅ Microcontroller experience (8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit controllers) – ATMEL/ARM series
✅ Strong digital and analog electronics concepts
✅ Knowledge of RTOS (preferred)
✅ Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
