• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related fields).
• Experience Required:
  • Total: 3–6 years
  • Relevant: Engineering Tech Centers/IT, preferably in the Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality embedded software using C programming, adhering to MISRA standards.
• Work with microcontrollers (8/16/32-bit) and firmware development for modules such as ADC, PWM, I2C, Timers, and NVM.
• Implement and test communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for development, integration, and testing.
• Utilize debugging tools effectively to identify and resolve software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software.

Preferred Automotive Experience (not mandatory):

• Familiarity with CAN diagnostics and diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on experience with Vector tools like CANoe or Geny.

Requirements and Skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in microcontrollers (8/16/32-bit) and basic electronics.
• Understanding of vehicle CAN networks and peripheral interfaces (AI/DI/DO).
• Knowledge of automotive domains like EMS, powertrain, hybrid vehicles, transmission control, and gearboxes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience handling customers and internal teams.
• Precise, reliable, and self-motivated approach to tasks.
