Edith Defense Systems Electronics Engineering Internship Details

• Job Title: Electronics Engineering Intern
• Location: Navi Mumbai, India
• Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
• Application Deadline: 26th March 2025
• Internship Start Date: Between 24th Feb 2025 and 31st March 2025
• Mode: Full-time, In-office
• Job Offer: Yes (Based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

1. RF PCB Design & Development:

   • Design, simulate, and develop high-frequency RF circuits (GHz operation).
   • Perform EM simulations and optimize PCB designs for low-loss performance.
   • Work on multilayer PCB designs adhering to industry standards.

2. FPGA Development & Signal Processing:

   • Develop and implement signal processing algorithms using Xilinx FPGAs (Vivado, VHDL/Verilog).
   • Interface FPGA modules with RF components for radar signal acquisition and processing.

3. Testing & Validation:

   • Conduct RF measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
   • Debug and optimize RF hardware for performance, stability, and reliability.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, test procedures, and results.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in RF circuit design and PCB layout.
  • Strong knowledge of RF systems, transmission lines, impedance matching.
  • Experience with FPGA programming (Xilinx Vivado, VHDL/Verilog).
• Tools & Software:
  • Familiarity with RF design tools like ADS, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio.
  • Experience with PCB design tools like Altium Designer, KiCad.
  • Hands-on experience operating RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
• Programming & Embedded Systems: Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Verilog, VHDL, Linux.
