- Assist L2/L3 support teams by providing logs, observations, and other diagnostic information.
- Update ticketing systems, acknowledge support cases, and perform provisioning activities.
- Interact with remote and international support teams as part of a 24/7 support operation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, monitoring, and status updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate (any relevant field) with 0-1 year of experience in L1 technical support.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and experience with multi-operating systems (Windows, Unix).
