Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop & support QBL, XBL, and SBL bootloader images for Qualcomm chipsets
🔹 Work on pre-silicon & post-silicon feature development and validation
🔹 Optimize bootloaders for performance, portability, and sustainability
🔹 Collaborate with teams across Core drivers, HLOS, and Multimedia
🔹 Ensure efficient and reliable bootloader functionality across platforms
Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of experience
✅ Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience
✅ PhD in a relevant field
🛠 Skills & Experience:
✅ 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
✅ Expertise in Bootloader development (QBL, XBL, SBL)
✅ Strong knowledge of C, C++, Python, Java
✅ Understanding of ARM architecture and Qualcomm MSM/AMSS development
✅ Experience with build systems, linkage, and binary formats (ELF, etc.)
✅ Proficiency in Git, Gerrit, Perforce for version control
✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Familiarity with multi-threaded programming (threads, mutexes, semaphores, etc.)
