Musk Robotics Junior Digital Marketing and Content Creator Job Details:
- Position: Junior Digital Marketing and Content Creator
- Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)
- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (₹250K – ₹300K per year)
- Benefits: Medical insurance, Cell phone reimbursement, Internet reimbursement
- Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid campaigns).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize website content to improve user experience and search rankings.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to align with brand messaging.
- Develop graphics, images, and short videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas to support marketing goals.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a community.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to increase engagement.
Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, and product teams) to align content with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Support additional marketing initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (internships included).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
