Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and deploy OpenBMC firmware with a focus on ARM architecture
🔹 Configure and analyze BMC firmware performance for server manageability features
🔹 Implement solutions for CPU, GPU, DIMM, SSDs, NICs, IB, PSU, FPGA, and CPLD
🔹 Develop BMC solutions using DMTF Standards (MCTP, Redfish, SPDM, PLDM)
🔹 Write & automate unit tests, ensuring optimal code coverage
🔹 Generate software quality reports (CPU load, static analysis, coverage)
🔹 Collaborate with hardware teams to influence design and review schematics

Key Skills & Experience Required

🎓 Education & Experience:
✅ 5+ years in firmware development with Electronics Engineering or Computer Science degree
✅ Expertise in X86/ARM firmware development – BIOS communication, thermal management, firmware security
✅ Experience in Board bring-up, device drivers (SPI, PCIe, SMBus, I2C/I3C), and Linux kernel development
✅ Strong understanding of System Management (IPMI, KCS, Redfish, PLDM, NVMe, PMBus)
✅ Proficiency in C/C++ for Linux system programming, scripting, and code reviews
✅ Experience with REST architecture, JSON over HTTPS, OAuth
✅ Deep knowledge of Linux build and deployment processes across distributions
