Internship Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will:
✔ Handle customer calls and provide resolutions in coordination with L2 engineers.
✔ Monitor network and service touchpoints within the NOC (Network Operations Center).
✔ Track dashboards and performance KPIs to ensure smooth operations.
✔ Raise alerts within the team for threshold-crossing issues.
✔ Monitor TT alerts and address basic L1 troubleshooting.
✔ Coordinate with teams for fiber, utility, and other technical issues.
✔ Ensure customer problems are resolved within TAT and SLA.
✔ Prepare MIS reports and assist in troubleshooting NOC operations.

Who Can Apply?
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
✅ Available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
✅ Can start between 18th Jan 2025 and 22nd Feb 2025.
✅ Can commit to a 6-month internship.
✅ Candidates from Balotra, Jodhpur, Jalore, and neighboring cities are preferred.
✅ Diploma holders in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Polytechnic.
✅ Only 2023 and 2024 batch graduates can apply.
