🔹 Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

🔹 Embedded System Development: Work with Embedded C/C++ for microcontrollers on bare-metal, RTOS, and Linux
🔹 Cloud Solutions: Implement and manage applications using AWS or similar platforms
🔹 Automation & Scripting: Utilize Python for automation tasks in embedded development
🔹 FPGA Development: Work on high-performance computing and signal processing using FPGAs
🔹 Version Control & Project Tools: Manage workflows using GIT and Jira
🔹 System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in hardware-software integration

Candidate Requirements

🎓 Education:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

🛠 Skills & Experience:
✅ 5-8 years in embedded systems and software development
✅ Proven team leadership and project management experience
✅ Expertise in Embedded C/C++, Python
✅ Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, and FPGAs
✅ Development experience in bare-metal, RTOS, and Linux environments
✅ Familiarity with AWS/cloud solutions
✅ Proficiency in GIT, Jira, and software development methodologies
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
