📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing line operations.
✔ Identify and resolve quality issues in the production line.
✔ Ensure equipment calibration is completed on schedule and maintain reports.
✔ Conduct verification and validation activities for equipment and production processes.
✔ Support installation, maintenance, and procurement of tools & equipment.
✔ Work with cross-functional teams & suppliers to manage rejected materials.
✔ Prepare and maintain work instructions, device history records, and validation reports.
✔ Train manufacturing team on updated work instructions and changes.
✔ Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Poke Yoke techniques for process improvement.
✔ Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education:
- BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
✔ Experience:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
✔ Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and equipment calibration.
- Familiarity with verification & validation techniques.
- Experience in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (preferred).
✔ Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
