Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Electronics Engineering Intern at GreenPole Power Solutions, you will:
- Assist in the production and delivery of professional proposals within customer-defined deadlines.
- Coordinate proposal inputs from multiple teams, including sales, product, marketing, finance, and legal.
- Manage document version control, ensuring compliance with corporate branding and quality standards.
- Provide guidance on document flow, language, and formatting.
- Consolidate contributions from different stakeholders into final bid formats.
- Maintain and update master document sets, ensuring availability on O365 and bid collaboration sites.
- Support sales and bid managers in strategic bid preparation and submission.
- Participate in business development initiatives, keeping up with industry trends in bid management.
- Assist in managing and updating the company’s knowledge repository.
Required Skills & Technologies
