Ltd., a leading manufacturer and system integrator of electronic security and building automation systems, is actively hiring for a full-time Embedded / Electronics Hardware Internship in Pune. This is a 3-month, in-office internship that offers hands-on training in circuit design, embedded systems, and PCB development, with a potential job offer up to ₹5 LPA post-internship.

- Internship Location: Pune
- Duration: 3 Months (Full-time, in-office)
- Start Date: Between 20th Apr'25 and 25th May'25
- Stipend: ₹7,500 – ₹15,000 per month

- Job Offer (Post Internship): ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum
🛠 Job Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As an Embedded / Electronics Hardware Intern, you will work with the R&D and engineering teams on real-time projects, developing innovative embedded hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement electronic circuits for embedded applications
- Work on PCB layout and schematic design
- Collaborate with the hardware/software team for system integration
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded hardware
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in embedded electronics
- Document all technical processes and project workflows
- Actively participate in project meetings and provide progress updates
🎓 Eligibility Criteria for Avon Building Solutions Embedded / Electronics Hardware Internship:
Candidates must:
- Be available for full-time (in-office) internship in Pune
- Be able to start between 20th April and 25th May 2025
- Be available for a 3-month internship period
- Be a resident of Pune
- Have relevant skills and interest in embedded hardware development
🧠 Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of ARM Microcontrollers (STM32, Cortex-M series, etc.)
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Embedded Systems
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in Circuit Design
- PCB Design experience using tools like Autodesk Fusion 360 or similar
- Additional skills (preferred but not mandatory): Arduino, IoT, AutoCAD
- Interns are encouraged to complete certifications in Arduino, IoT, Fusion 360, and Embedded C for added advantage.
